During the economic year end 2023 two semesters and one summer programs were delivered. They included one theater and one dance cohort per period. A total of 77 participants for theater and 65 for dance were impacted. In addition a woodworking program was initiated for one semester with 9 participants. Programs consisted of 12 weeks per semester and 2 weeks for the summer. The objective is to provide new skills promote the development of interpersonal relations provide socio emotional support and expose participants to new experiences that allows them to improve their quality of life and achieve social mobility. Each cohort finishes with a presentation of the skills acquired to parents and general public. Additional activities are provided like visits to theater and museums participating with other artistic organizations performances and family days. Inclusion is an integral part of our model allowing participants with special needs. This approach has proven of benefit not just for the special needs participants but for all since more respect and understanding is developed.
