Mobile Home Park The Mobile Home Park on Sir Francis Drake Blvd. has 19 owner-occupied spaces, and 1 affordable rental. The Park was acquired by the County of Marin in December 2014 to preserve it for use as long term affordable housing in the Valley. The Association agreed to become a partner in the project in October 2014. The Association began managing the Park when the County assumed ownership, and on December 23, 2015, the Association acquired the Park and began a major rehab project. Rehab Project The Park has a Rehab budget of $859,040 which will include a new water system, wastewater system, paving, electrical and fencing repairs, a new common building and area and landscaping. Sir Francis Drake Blvd On March 30, 2024, the Association purchased real property with 3 units of low income housing on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard in Forest Knolls.
