This race is an historic event which is open to anyone and which is renowened throughout Northern California, other states, as well as internationally.Statement of Dipsea Race Accomplishments for 2025* Foster amateur and national sports competition by organizing and conducted the Historic Dipsea Race with a field of 1,500 participants.* Funded trail repairs for a total of $2,200 on the historic Dipsea trail used by the public year round.* Donation of $22,000 cash to the Dipsea Foundation for purposes of charitable giving.* Fund $2,000 each year since 2012 for the annual creation of a video of the Historic Dipsea Race to document and maintain a video archive of the race for historic purposes.* Donation of invitational race bib to Kiddo! to help Kiddo! raise operational funds for local K-12 schools by auctioning off the bib.* Donation of invitational race bib for auction to help raise $5,000 for an independent film.* Donation of invitational race bib to the Dipsea Foundation to help them raise funds for charitable giving by auctioning off the bibs.
