CCM aims to develop the habits of lifelong Jewish learning, practice and communal participation and to engage its teens about Israel through cultural exchange and education. CCM provides an educational and social environment and interdenominational community for teens in grades 8-12.

In the 2022-23 year, the following activities took place:Wednesday night Jewish educational and engagements sessions (31) happened between August 31, 2022 - May 17, 2023 from 715 - 915pm.CCM hosted Mifgash, a daily bus camp between July 28 - August 7, 2022. Each day visiting Israeli teens and educators and our CCM teens hopped on a bus together to tour the Bay Area - touring Stanford and UC Berkeley, hiking the redwoods, and most importantly, learning about each others cultures. CCM teens and educators travelled to Israel from December 21, 2022 - January 2, 2023 as the second part of Mifgash, where the same teens who visited CCM in the summer, hosted CCM teens in the Winter. CCM teens travelled through out Israel with their Israeli teen counterparts learning Israeli history, culture and Jewish religious practices.3 Retreat weekends in the Santa Cruz Mountains learning, connecting and celebrating Shabbat as a Jewish teen community in partnership with five other Jewish teen serving organizations.
