CHAPTERS MEET TO LEARN ABOUT LOCAL WINES AND WINES FROM OTHER REGIONS, BOTH DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL. EVENTS OFTEN HAVE SPEAKERS KNOWN IN THE WINE INDUSTRY TO FURTHER EDUCATE MEMBERS ON THE WINES BEING SAMPLED INCLUDING WINEMAKING TECHNIQUES AND DIFFERENCES IN VARIETALS. SEVERAL CHAPTERS HOSTED WINE AND FOOD EVENTS THAT PROVIDE MEMBERS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON PAIRING WINE WITH FOOD.
