Affordable Internet Access is a project HSC has partnered with El Concillo of San Mateo County and the statewide non-profit The California Emergin Technology Fund ( CETF) whose mission is to close the "Digital Divide" in California through accelerating the adoption of broadband to underserved communities. Our goal is to establish collaborative working relationships with public agencies and organizations that serve low income households in San Mateo County to share information about affordable internet access options that increase the number of low-income households with internet services at home.
