PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS We served over 4,000 unique patients in 2023 and provided healthcare services to the community regardless of ability to pay. The McCloud Clinic serves a community population of 1,850 and is classified as a Frontier Medical Provider. We provide high quality healthcare to everyone without regard to their ability to pay. We provide both scheduled visits and walk-in care. We are a preferred provider for Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Blue Shield. We accept all insurances and private pay patients. We offer a Sliding Fee Scale for individuals who are uninsured or under-insured. On June 6, 2012, the clinic was awarded the New Access Point Grant and became a 330 funded Federally Qualified Health Center. We were granted Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike status in October 2008. In 2014, we opened the McCloud Dental Center, which provides a wide range of dental services via scheduled and walk-in visits. The McCloud Dental Center provides Sliding Fee Scale dental services for individuals who are uninsured or under-insured, and accepts Denti-Cal among other insurances, and private pay patients. In 2023 we opened the Dunsmuir Dental Center, which provides services in a similar manner as the McCloud Dental Center.
