In 2024, the Association contracted security services with five all-night patrols, along with additional random drive-bys on unscheduled nights. We secured permits and upgraded posts for the overhead street lighting, with all plans approved for installation in 2025. Permits from the City of Santa Rosa and approval for all required tree removal and replacement have also been scheduled for 2024. New metal planters have been installed, and contractors are being selected for their upkeep. We continued updating the website with enhanced SEO to attract a wider demographic. We are partnering with the Downtown Organization and SMART to create Rail Road Square (RRSQ) brochures and are making plans for joint events that will involve the city at large. We are also continuing the Association's quarterly mixers to keep business owners,
property owners, and City Council members engaged with their community, as well as hosting summer weekend musicians and the annual holiday carriage rides.
