FURTHER, THE CLUB SHALL NOT WILLFULLY CONFLICT WITH OR DISREGARD NEITHER THE SCHOOL'S POLICIES, NOR THE POLICIES AND REGULATIONS OF THE OSCEOLA COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD, NOR THE LAWS OF THE COUNTY OF OSCEOLA, THE STATE OF FLORIDA, OR OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
