Community Initiatives: Hosted over 100 volunteer-led events nationwide through programs such as Get the Girls Out, Wild Skills, and Junior Ski Patrol, reaching more than 2,700 participants.During FY25, SheJumps continued advancing its long-term sustainability goals through implementation of a new Strategic Plan, focused on four pillars: refining program structure, growing engagement in key geographies, elevating volunteers as community leaders, and strengthening organizational sustainability.Alpine School: Offered two backcountry education programs Alpine Development School (ADS) and Alpine Finishing School (AFS) training participants in leadership and mountain safety education.Scholarship Programs: Provided over 120 scholarships through the Snowpack Scholarship and Ikon Pass Mountain Access Program, expanding access to women of color and historically excluded groups in the outdoors.Volunteer Development: Engaged 135 active volunteers. In FY25, SheJumps began developing a formal volunteer leadership and training program as part of its new Strategic Plan.Organizational Capacity: Continued strengthening internal systems including Salesforce CRM, Monday.com project management, and a comprehensive Risk Management framework to ensure program and financial sustainability.
