In FY25, SheJumps began developing a formal volunteer leadership and training program as part of its new Strategic Plan.Organizational Capacity: Continued strengthening internal systems including Salesforce CRM, Monday.com project management, and a comprehensive Risk Management framework to ensure program and financial sustainability.
