THE HEALTH CARE CENTER IS A 78-BED SKILLED NURSING FACILITY LICENSED BY THE STATE OF ARKANSAS. THE HEALTH CARE CENTER PROVIDES 24-HOUR, LONG-TERM CARE FOR OUR RESIDENTS. IT IS ALSO LICENSED TO ACCEPT SHORT-TERM RESIDENTS SEEKING QUALIFIED REHABILITATION SERVICES THROUGH MEDICARE. OUR REHABILITATION PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO MEET THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF EACH RESIDENT THROUGH ALL DISCIPLINES OF THERAPY PROVIDED, AND IT PREPARES THE RESIDENTS TO RESUME THEIR LIFESTYLE AND ACTIVITIES ONCE THERAPY IS COMPLETE.
