ASTIA INVESTMENTS - ASTIA INVESTMENTS IS A PROGRAM THAT INCLUDES A FAMILY OF INVESTMENT VEHICLES THAT INVEST IN SELECT COMPANIES THAT APPLY TO ASTIA AND THAT HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PROGRESSED THROUGH THE ASTIA EXPERT SIFT PROCESS. SIMILAR TO THE ASTIA ACCESS PROGRAM, ASTIA INVESTMENTS ARE MANAGED VIA THE ASTIA CONNECT SOFTWARE PLATFORM. A REQUIREMENT FOR INVESTMENT IS THAT A COMPANY MUST INCLUDE WOMEN LEADERS AT THE TIME OF INVESTMENT. THE MANAGEMENT FEES AND CARRIED INTEREST OF THIS PROGRAM FUND ALL OF ASTIA'S PROGRAMS.

ASTIA ADVISORS PROVIDE DIRECT FEEDBACK VIA THE EXPERT SIFT SCREENING PROCESS AS WELL AS CUSTOMIZED ADVICE IN ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS. CAPITAL IS RAISED BY APPLICANT COMPANIES VIA THE SIFT IN THE FORM OF ASTIA'S DIRECT INVESTMENT PROGRAMS AND/OR INVESTMENT FROM NON-ASTIA INVESTORS. THE ASTIA EXPERT SIFT PROCESS IS IMPLEMENTED VIA A SOFTWARE PLATFORM CALLED ASTIA CONNECT. THE ASTIA INVESTMENT PROGRAM PROVIDES THE GREAT MAJORITY OF THE FUNDING FOR THE ASTIA ACCESS PROGRAM.
