HELL ON WHEELS ROYALTY - HELL ON WHEELS RODEO SERIES ENHANCED THE EVENT BY ADDING A RODEO ROYALTY PROGRAM, PROVIDING A LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOR YOUNG LADIES WHILE ALSO PROVIDING NEW WAYS TO MARKET THE RODEO. RODEO QUEENS FUNDRAISE FOR THEIR EQUIPMENT (I.E., SADDLE, CHAPS, HATS), WITH THE LEFTOVER GOING TO A SCHOLARSHIP FOR THEM AT THE END OF THE PROGRAM.
