The Go Green Initiative guides districts and schools in managing their utilities sustainably and cost-efficiently. We work with school districts to collect, interpret, and make use of data to optimize indoor environmental quality and resource efficiency across facilities. This includes coaching effective use of Energy Star Portfolio Manager, a resource management tool from the EPA. Together with our strategic support, this service empowers districts to track their energy, water, and waste consumption and identify opportunities to reduce utility costs and environmental impacts.

The Go Green Initiatives Local Leaders of the 21st Century program is a network of high school extracurricular clubs dedicated to advancing sustainability in their schools and communities. With GGI guidance and mentorship, Local Leaders take action in community engagement, public policy, and advocacy leadership to address global environmental issues on a local scale. Through the GGIs annual summer internship program, high school and college students pursue high-impact projects in environmental policy and infrastructure. With a keen focus on supporting local outcomes in waste, water, energy, and food, our next-generation leaders gain hands-on experience and industry skills in sustainability systems.
