HABITAT RESTORATION AND FUELS REDUCTION WORK WAS COMPLETED ON 1.5 ACRES WITH A PRIVATE LANDOWNER UNDER A CONTRACT WITH THE FISH & WILDLIFE SERVICES. COMPLETED PILE BURNING ON APROX. 20 ACRES WITH A CALFIRE GRANT. COMPLETED A GRANT WITH THE SISKIYOU COUNTY RESOURCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO PLACE 8 WATER TRANSK IN HAPPY CAMP AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY TO BE USED FOR EMERGENCY FIRE SUPPRESSION. WORK WAS COMPLETED ON A GRANT FROM THE CALIFORNIA FIRE SAFE COUNCIL TO UPDATE THE COMMUNITY WILDFIRE PROTECTIN PLAN FOR THE COMMUNITY OF HAPPY CAMP.
