SENIOR NUTRITION AND OUTREACH - SERVED 41,448 CONGREGATE MEALS TO 810 INDIVIDUALS; SERVED 58,534 HOMEBOUND MEALS TO 880 INDIVIDUALS FOR A TOTAL OF 99,982 MEALS THRU THE SENIOR NUTRITION PROGRAM. NUTRITION EDUCATION PROVIDED TO 170 SESSIONS. 794 CLIENTS WERE ASSESSED FOR SERVICES NEEDED. 97 CLIENTS RECEIVED 2,362.5 HOURS OF HOMEMAKER SERVICES. 30 CLIENTS RECEIVED 164.5 HOURS OF HEAVY HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES. NUTRITION COUNSELING PROVIDED TO 66 CLIENTS.
