Catholic Foundation of Oklahoma Inc

The Catholic Foundation was incorporated as a nonprofit entity whose mission is to procure and build endowment funds to support the ministries and entities of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City. With the spiritual leadership and guidance of the Archbishop of Oklahoma City, the Foundation is managed by a Board of Directors, consisting of priests, deacons and professional lay men and women representing the various geographic areas of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City. Program service statement continued on Schedule O.Endowment and Charitable Fund Stewardship:The Catholic Foundation of Oklahoma establishes and administers endowed funds and other charitable funds to provide long-term financial support for Catholic parishes, schools, ministries, and programs serving the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City. The Foundation works with donors to create funds that reflect their philanthropic intentions while ensuring professional investment management and responsible stewardship consistent with Catholic values and donor intent. Annual distributions from these funds provide sustainable financial support to Catholic ministries and programs across the archdiocese.During the year, the Foundation administered charitable and endowment funds providing annual distributions to support Catholic ministries, parishes, schools, and charitable programs.

Grant Programs Supporting Parishes, Schools, and Ministries:The Foundation administers competitive and donor-directed grant programs that provide financial support to parishes, Catholic schools, and ministries serving the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City. Grant funding supports a wide range of initiatives including parish ministry development, evangelization, Catholic education, faith formation, youth programs, and other pastoral and outreach activities that strengthen the mission of the Church. During the year, the Foundation awarded grants totaling $3,798,186 to parishes, schools, and ministries throughout the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City.
