The Senior Center provides a variety of activities geared towards increasing socialization and improving physical and emotional health. At the close of 2023, the center was serving 2,825 individuals aged 55 and over. Due to the installation and utilization of new membership software, the center was able to track attendance, and program utilization. Our members averaged approximately 286,717 hours of programming in 2023. Services provided include, but are not limited to the following: Educational Seminars; Creative Arts (scrapbooking, creative writing, crafting, painting, crochet, etc.); Music (Guitar lessons, ukulele lessons); Fitness gym; Exercise Classes (cardio-dancing, yoga, chair exercises, strength and tone, line-dancing, etc.); social activities (bingo, bunco, poker, puzzles, dominoes, hymnal singing, etc).
