THE PROPERTY WAS SOLD TO THE CITY OF FREDERICKSBURG IN OCTOBER, 2022. DONATIONS WERE REFUNDED & SALE PROCEEDS WERE DONATED TO LOCAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
