Through CVS, victims of crime have Advocates thatwill assist in crisis counseling,court accompaniment, hospital accompaniment, protective orderassistance, case management,safety planning, and filing for Crime Victims Compensation whenapplicable. CVS Advocates are available to provide direct services to crime victims withinGalveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend, andWharton Counties.
Energy Assistance Program:This program provides financial assistance to Reliant and Direct Energy customers facing hardship to help pay their electricity bill.
COVID Vaccination Outreach and Education:This program, funded by Texas A & M University System, provides education and outreach on vaccinations to communities in Galveston and Liberty Counties.
