Mission

At Beaumont Senior Citizens Housing Inc. we provide 101 units apartment style housing for low to moderate income individuals to live. We contract with Arnold Grounds Management to manage the day to day operations of the facility. We are located at 4430 Westridge Lane, Beaumont TX 77706. We spend 100% of our time providing housing and are funded through donations, private individual renters, tenants and HUD funds. Providing housing for low income individuals furthers our need for exempt status.
