THE HABITAT REPAIR PROGRAM ADDRESSES CRITICAL ISSUES TO STABILIZE HOME, WEATHERIZATION WORK TO INCREASE ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND REDUCE UTILITY BILLS, AND ADAPTIVE AGING-IN-PLACE IMPROVEMENTS TO HELP ELDERLY AND SPECIAL NEEDS HOMEOWNERS LIVE MORE SAFELY AND SELF- SUFFICIENTLY.
