The Sangre de Cristo Joni Fair Hospice House located in Pueblo is the only one of its kind in southern Colorado. Our staff is a professionally trained team of physicians, nurses, certified nurse assistants, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers who help provide quality and compassionate care in a home-like setting. The ultimate goal of our inpatient unit is to service as a place of transition, to stabilize patients and allow them to return home or to a long-term care environment. Our care focuses on the comfort of patients and their families.
