Mission

MISSION: THE BUDDY PROGRAM EMPOWERS YOUTH THROUGH MENTORING EXPERIENCES IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. THE BUDDY PROGRAM OFFERS FOUR MENTORING PROGRAMS TO YOUTH IN THE ROARING FORK VALLEY OF COLORADO. ADDITIONALLY, THE BUDDY PROGRAM PROVIDES CRITICAL ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES SUCH AS THERAPEUTIC COUNSELING, SCHOLARSHIPS AND ENHANCED CASE MANAGEMENT. THE BUDDY PROGRAM WORKS WITH PARENTS, VOLUNTEERS, TEACHERS AND COUNSELORS, AND OTHER AREA NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, TO ENSURE THAT THE NEEDS OF YOUTH PARTICIPANTS ARE BEING MET, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AS WELL AS CONNECTIONS TO OTHER SERVICES IN THE COMMUNITY. THROUGH ONE OR A COMBINATION OF THESE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES, IT IS THE GOAL OF THE BUDDY PROGRAM THAT EACH YOUTH PARTICIPANT IS ABLE TO THRIVE AND REACH HIS OR HER FULL POTENTIAL.
