WE HAD TO GIVE REFUNDS FOR ALL REGISTRATIONS. SOME BUSINESS PARTNERS CHOSE TO GIVE A DONATION TOWARDS THE EFFORTS THAT NCLGISA HAD IN THE RELIEF EFFORTS AND GETTING OTHER MUNICIPALITIES BACK ONLINE ALONG WITH GETTING INTERNET ACCESS AND COMPUTERS TO HOMES THAT DID NOT HAVE THEM BEFORE. THE KEYNOTE SPEAKER AND MONTE CARLO AGREED TO PUSH TO THE SPRING SYMPOSIUM SO WE DID NOT LOSE OUT IN DEPOSITS.

THE ATTENDEES RECEIVED VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS TO INCLUDE MANAGING TEAMS TODAY, CYBER DEFENDERS, STRATEGY, POLICY, AND PRACTICE, AUTOMATION, HANDS-ON TRAINING WITH POWER APPS, JAVASCRIPT, MYSQL, VMWARE, DESKTOP SUPPORT, ENHANCED SECURITY IN GIS, SYSTEMS INTEGRATION, IT MAJOR INCIDENT AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT, CAREER ADVANCEMENT, WOMEN IN IT, AND DRONES.
