TAC's facility redesign efforts during FY 2023 involved working with architectural/engineering team to reconstruct accurate "as built" drawings since original building plans had been lost by previous owners. The organization also engaged an architectural historian to conduct an original finishes" survey to document all original materials and effects remaining in the building. Based on this information, TAC and architects completed preliminary redesign plans and conceptual drawings for the facility in FY 2023.In addition to building redesign, TAC completed important building "clean-up" tasks and repairs during FY 2023. These included removing and disposing of trash and debris left in the building by previous owner, as well as contracting for complete building extermination. The entire building exterior and adjacent sidewalks were cleaned and power-washed, and the marquee signboard, which had been damaged by fire prior to our purchase, was repaired and relighted.
