SAAH also provides oversight and execution of five affordable housing programs, including the due diligence, acquisition, maintenance and disposition of properties related to the Affordable Housing program, REnewSA housing program and the Infill Pilot program. Additionally, in accordance with a funding agreement between SAAH and the City dated February 19, 2020, SAAH undertook activities on behalf of the City to acquire vacant lots to redevelop and build, for the fiscal year 2020 Inner City Infill Rehabilitation Program and the Inner City Infill New Construction Program, in conformity with City plans and policies. This activity is maintained under SAAHs Affordable Housing Program. In fiscal year 2022, in accordance with funding between SAAH and the City dated January 13, 2022. SAAH shall repair and rehabilitate up to 10 owner-occupied single-family structures that the City has identified as Dangerous Structures or Dangerous Premise for the Residential Demolition Diversion Program. In fiscal year 2022, in accordance with funding between SAAH and the City dated September 8, 2022, SAAH shall administer the Shotgun House Rehabilitation program within this program SAAH shall rehabilitate up to three shotgun type homes. In fiscal year 2023, in accordance with funding agreement between SAAH and the City dated September 15, 2022, for the Economic Development Initiative (EDI) grant program, SAAH shall repair and rehabilitate a mixture of single-family homes for families earning up to 120% AMI and small-scale rental units serving families up to 60% AMI. Separate financial statements of SAAH are not issued.
