NATIONAL MUSEUM EXHIBITION: DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR, AWA WORKED ON TWO MUSEUM SHOWS. THE BROOKGREEN GARDENS, SC EXHIBIT WAS HELD IN MAY-JUL 2023 THE LOVELAND MUSEUM SHOW IN COLORADO WAS HELD IN SEP-NOV 2024. THESE JURIED EXHIBITIONS PROVIDE OUR MEMBERS WITH EXPOSURE AND PROMOTION OF THEIR WORK ON A NATIONAL SCALE AND IN A MUSEUM SETTING. THIS HELPS TO ELEVATE THE WORK OF ALL WOMEN ARTISTS. THERE WERE PURCHASES AT EACH OF THE PAST MUSEUM SHOWS, PROVIDING AN OPPORTUNITY TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF WOMEN ARTISTS IN PERMANENT COLLECTIONS OF MUSEUMS AND FINE ART COLLECTORS. PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS: ALL MEMBERS IN THE SHOW ARE JURIED FOR AWARDS OF CASH AND DONATED MERCHANDISE WHICH HELPS TO SUPPORT THEIR WORK IN THE FIELD OF THE VISUAL FINE ARTS. AWA SELF-PUBLISHES AN ANNUAL MUSEUM CATALOG WHICH FURTHER PROMOTES THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION AND ITS ARTISTS TO A BROAD AUDIENCE.
