RURAL HEALTH RESOURCES OF JACKSON COUNTY (RHRJC) IS A 14-BED CRITICAL ACCESS HOSPITAL IN A SMALL RURAL COMMUNITY. RHRJC OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES INCLUDING PHYSICAL THERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, SPEECH THERAPY, REGISTERED DIETICIAN SERVICES, MRI, MRA, NUCLEAR MEDICINE, CT SCAN ALONG WITH OTHER RADIOLOGY SERVICES, SURGERY (INCLUDING ORTHOPEDIC), LABORATORY, A CERTIFIED DIABETIC EDUCATION PROGRAM, CARDIOVASCULAR SERVICES, CERTIFIED LYMPHEDEMA PROGRAM, OUTPATIENT GERIATRIC PSYCHOLOGY, AND ROUND CARE SERVICES AS WELL A VARIETY OF SPECIALTY PROVIDER SERVICES. THE HOSPITAL IS A CERTIFIED 'STROKE READY' FACILITY AND STAFF ARE TRAINED TO TEACH OUTREACH SERVICES UNDER THE NATIONAL ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION EXERCISE PROGRAM. THE HOSPITAL ALSO OFFERS HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE SERVICES. THE HOSPITAL PROVIDED 24/7 EMERGENCY ROOM SERVICES WITH 3,894 EMERGENCY ROOM VISITS RECORDED FROM 4/1/23 THROUGH 3/31/24. EMERGENCY ROOM SERVICES ARE SUPPORTED BY STAFF TRAINED IN ADVANCED CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT, CPR, EMERGENCY NURSING PEDIATRICS, TRAUMA NURSING CORE CURRICULUM, AND PEDIATRIC ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT. THE HOSPITAL IDENTIFIED 12,682 INPATIENT HOURS, 24,900 SWING BED HOURS AND 9,396 OBSERVATION HOURS FROM 4/1/23 THROUGH 3/31/24.
