THIS CHARTER WAS ISSUED FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS STARTING OCTOBER 1998 AND IS SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND RENEWAL PERIODICALLY. THE SCHOOL'S CHARTER WAS EXTENDED UNTIL JULY 31, 2025. THE SCHOOL IS PART OF THE PUBLIC-SCHOOL SYSTEM OF THE STATE OF TEXAS AND IS THEREFOR ENTITLED TO DISTRIBUTION FROM THE STATE'S AVAILABLE SCHOOL FUND. THE SCHOOL DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO IMPOSE AD VALOREM TEXAS OR TO CHARGE TUITION.
