STREET LIGHTS, SIDEWALKS, WALKING TRAILS, COMMON AREA WALLS, GATES AND FANCES ARE MAINTAINED FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY OF THE COMMUNITY. OVERSIGHT BY THE BOARD AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE PROPER AND CONTINUED MAINTENANCE. THE PARK, WALKING TRAILS, AND LANDSCAPE COMMON AREAS ARE FOR EVERYONE TO ENJOY AND TO PROVIDE NOISE BUFFERS THUS MAINTAINING A PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT FOR THE COMMUNITY. THE CONSERVATION AREA IS CONTROLLED FROM DEVELOPMENT TO PRESERVE THE WILDLIFE HABITAT AND WATERSHED AREA.
