OUR MISSION IS TO ASSIST HOSPICE PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES DURING THE DIFFICULTIES OF TERMINAL ILLNESS BY MAKING FINANCIAL GRANTS FOR QUALIFIED NEEDS. QUALIFIED NEEDS ARE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS NOT COVERED BY MEDICARE, MEDICAID, OR PRIVATE INSURANCE. WE DO NOT FUND STAFF TRAINING OR MARKETING PROGRAMS. GRANTS ARE MADE IN THE AREAS OF PATIENT CARE, FAMILY SUPPORT, VOLUNTEER ENHANCEMENT, COMMUNITY EDUCATION, AND PUBLIC EDUCATION. GRANTS ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT REGARD TO AGE, RACE, COLOR, GENDER, NATIONAL ORIGIN, DISABILITY, RELIGION, OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION.
