This one(1) year grant from June 2025 to June 2026 from Public Health Solutions is a capacity building fund for the WholeYou Social Care Network(SCN). This funding will allow CIANA to hire additional staff and cover operating costs to fulfill our obligations for this grant. We will screen, navigate, and deliver social care services to eligible Medicaid members to address their health-related social needs (HRSN).

The New York Community Trust has awarded CIANA a grant to provide social, educational and immigration legal services for immigrants with a particular focus on the needs of new arrivals (asylum seekers). For this grant, we have provided over 425 new arrivals with intensive case management, immigration legal services including 18 Know-Your-Rights (KYR) workshops with over 315 attendees and enrolled over 110 asylees in our ESL classes.

In September 2020, CIANA was awarded a NYC Health + Hospitals NYC Care grant. The grant has been extended through October 2025. The grant was to educate and assist community members to enroll in the newly expanded healthcare program into Queens. It was designed for all NYC Residents who could not otherwise afford or have access to medical care. During this time period, CIANA has engaged with over 46,000 community members and enrolled 1,570 community members in NYC care.
