EACH BENEFICIARY IS REQUIRED TO INFORM THE TRUSTEE OF THIS FOUNDATION OF ANY CHANGE IN STATUS FROM TIME TO TIME AS IT IS RECEIVING BENEFITS FROM THIS ENDOWMENT FUND.
