CHI OMEGA IS COMMITTED TO THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLES:*PERSONAL INTEGRITY - THE IOTA ALPHA CHAPTER STRIVES TO UPHOLD HIGH STANDARDS OF PERSONNEL IN ALL ASPECTS OF COLLEGE LIFE, INCLUDING BEHAVIOR AT SOCIAL EVENTS, PRESENCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA, AND PERSONAL CONDUCT, BY KEEPING EACH OTHER ACCOUNTABLE FOR WORDS AND ACTIONS.*EXCELLENCE IN ACADEMIC AND INTELLECTUAL PURSUITS - THE IOTA ALPHA CHAPTER FINISHED FIRST IN GRADES FOR PANHELLENIC LAST SEMESTER WITH A 3.62 AVERAGE GPA. *COMMUNITY SERVICE - IN THE PAST YEAR, THE IOTA ALPHA CHAPTER CONTRIBUTED 1,434 HOURS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE IN THE DALLAS COMMUNITY AND HELPED RAISE $385,260 FOR MAKE-A-WISH, OUR NATIONAL PHILANTHROPY, WITH OUR ANNUAL SILENT AUCTION AND WORK IT FOR WISHES FASHION SHOW. TOTAL DONATIONS MADE DURING FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 WERE $237,580.*CAMPUS INVOLVEMENT - MEMBERS OF THE IOTA ALPHA CHAPTER ARE INVOLVED IN OVER 30 CAMPUS ORGANIZATIONS, INCLUDING STUDENT SENATE, GOLF, BEST BUDDIES, ALTERNATIVE BREAKS, RELAY FOR LIFE, AND STUDENT FOUNDATION.*SISTERHOOD - THE IOTA ALPHA CHAPTER FOSTERS FRIENDSHIPS THAT GROW BASED ON DIVERSITY. OUR LOVE AND DEEP RESPECT IS WHAT MAKES OUR CHAPTER ONE OF THE STRONGEST SISTERHOODS ON CAMPUS.*CAREER/PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT - THE IOTA ALPHA CHAPTER STRIVES TO FURTHER OUR MEMBERS' EDUCATION BY ENCOURAGING CAREER AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.
