OUR PRIMARY FOCUS WAS TO IMPROVE UPON SERVING MORE FAMILIES AND ADOLESCENTS IN NEED, AND REDUCE UNDERAGE DRINKING AND ILLICIT DRUG USE IN MIDLAND COUNTY TEXAS.SPECIFIC PDAP PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDED: FAMILY AND INDIVIDUAL COACHING WITH A LICENSED CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY COUNSELOR OR PDAP TRAINED STAFF MEMBER, PEER ORIENTED SUPPORT GROUPS, SOBER SOCIAL FUNCTIONS, A SAFE PLACE FOR INDIVIDUALS TO GO AFTER SCHOOL, FAMILY AND PEER ORIENTED GROUP RETREATS, REDUCTION OF UNDERAGE DRINKING AND COMMUNITY MOBILIZATION THROUGH TH
