HOME HOSPICE OF GRAYSON COUNTY, INC.'S MAIN SERVICE AREAS ARE: GRAYSON, COOKE AND FANNIN COUNTIES IN NORTH TEXAS. NUMBER OF HOSPICE PATIENTS SERVICE IN 2023: 306 PATIENTS FOR A TOTAL OF 24,449 PATIENT DAYS OF WHICH 657 DAYS WERE FOR INDIGENT CARE; BEREAVEMENT SERVICES PROVIDE THROUGH 32 INDIVIDUAL AND 12 GROUP BEREAVEMENT SESSIONS SERVING 127 INDIVIDUALS; TWO GRIEF CAMPS FOR CHILDREN SERVING 44 BOYS AND GIRLS AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS; PALLIATIVE CARE SERVICES PROVIDED TO 129 INDIVIDUALS VIA 925 SUPPORTIVE CARE VISITS AND 43 CONSULTS BY CERTIFIED PHYSICIAN.
