Powered by more than 70 volunteer musicians from all walks of life, the Plano Community Band turns a shared passion for music into a community tradition. Each year, the band presents two spring concerts and a fall concert at the Eisemann Center, and its especially known for its summer concerts at Haggard Park near historic downtown Plano. Every public performance is freebecause great music should be accessible to everyone. As a nonprofit supported in part by the Plano Cultural Affairs Commission and sustained through member dues and generous local donors, PCB keeps the arts within reach for families, neighbors, and first-time concertgoers alike. The bands commitment to quality is reflected in its membership in the Association of Concert Bands and its history of performing atand even hostingnational conventions.
