THE ASSOCIATION PLAYS A VITAL ROLE IN THE ONGOING MAINTENANCE AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE TURTLE CREEK CORRIDOR, ENSURING IT REMAINS A CLEAN, SAFE, AND WELCOMING URBAN GREENSPACE. AS PART OF ITS ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP, TCA CONDUCTS REGULAR TRASH REMOVAL NOT ONLY ALONG THE BANKS AND UNDER THE TREES BUT ALSO DIRECTLY FROM THE CREEK ITSELF, PRESERVING THE NATURAL BEAUTY AND HEALTH OF THE WATERWAY. BEYOND CLEANUP EFFORTS, THE ASSOCIATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING AND REPAIRING IRRIGATION SYSTEMS ACROSS 25 LANDSCAPED MEDIANS THROUGHOUT THE CORRIDOR. IT ALSO OVERSEES THE CARE AND REPLACEMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 2,600 TREES AND SHRUBS, ENSURING LONG-TERM VITALITY AND AESTHETIC APPEAL OF THE URBAN FOREST. TCA ACTIVELY REMOVES INVASIVE PLANT SPECIES AND UNDERGROWTH, HELPING TO RESTORE AND PRESERVE THE NATURAL ECOSYSTEM. THESE EFFORTS COLLECTIVELY ENHANCE THE USABILITY AND ENJOYMENT OF TURTLE CREEK FOR RESIDENTS, VISITORS, AND WILDLIFE ALIKE.
