Next Ventures: Next Ventures identifies and provides small "encouragement capital grants" in exchange for a front row seat to innovative projects that are helping shape the future of the church. Venture Partners invest in Next Ventures to collaborate to find future-focused leaders and projects that will shape the future of the church. The projects are given small grants to help further their reach for kingdom multiplication. There is a "shark tank" experience where the Venture Partners vote on and then supply grants to chosen projects. In addition, through grants provided by Next Ventures, Leadership Network has been running learning communities on Microchurch NEXT and Metachurch NEXT, and supporting Next Generation Initiatives.
