Community Initiatives-Partnership Home works at the systems and policy level and specifically addresses homelessness and housing in Tarrant and Parker Counties. With this responsibility comes the opportunity to manage a variety of community initiatives benefitting partner agencies providing direct services. Landlord Engagement-Landlord engagement works to increase access to safe, decent, and affordable housing for households exiting homelessness. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with local property owners and landlords who make housing units available, providing support to case managers, managing risk mitigation funds, and master leasing services. Landlord engagement also manages a database of affordable housing units available to people exiting homelessness.

Homeless Management Information System-Partnership Home manages the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) on behalf of the local Continuum of Care Board of Directors and has been appointed the HMIS Administrator for our local Continuum of Care. HMIS is a web-based client and services database for 180 homeless housing and services programs which include over $50M in federal, state, and local funding annually. HMIS is used for data collection, grants management, data analysis, program monitoring and performance reporting to funders and the community. The HMIS enhances coordination of care by and between housing, supportive services, mental health, behavioral health, health care, and first responders.
