PERFORM DUTIES OF EMPLOYER LEASING AGENT FOR THE CLAY COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL. THE HOSPITAL IS A GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY OWNED BY CLAY COUNTY.
