The Museum of North Texas History (MNTX) has proudly preserved and interpreted the historical and cultural heritage of North Texas region for over a quarter-century. Since its founding in the spring of 2000, MNTX has told the stories of North Texans through an ever-growing collection of artifacts, the operation of countless public exhibits and exhibitions, by conducting a variety of educational programming, and hosting numerous community outreach activities. All of these efforts have combined to promote lifelong learning and public appreciation of regional history. Annually, MNTX welcomes more than 4,000 visitors from across the country and around the world.
