PROMOTE DOMESTIC AND GLOBAL MARKETING OF THE GREATER METROPOLITAN AREA OF DALLAS, TEXAS, AS A BUSINESS DESTINATION, ALL AS DETERMINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CORPORATION (THE BOARD) AND WHICH PURPOSE SHALL IN ALL EVENTS BE CONSTRUED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSE WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(6) OF THE IRC AND UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS.
