IS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, ORGANIZED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING, OWNING AND OPERATING 57 UNITS OF SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR VERY LOW-INCOME ELDERLY AND ELDERLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS UNDER HUD'S SECTION 202 SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR ELDERLY PROGRAM. QUALIFIED RESIDENTS MUST BE 62 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAVE INCOME LEVELS AT OR BELOW 50% OF THE AREA MEDIAN. THE HOUSING FACILITIES AND SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDED ARE DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY TO MEET THE PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS OF ITS RESIDENTS AND INCLUDE DECENT, SAFE, SANITARY, SECURE HOUSING; CONTINUOUS OVERSIGHT; AND SUPPORT SERVICES.
