Moderated/financed community-based Public events promoting 'cross-cultural' tolerance of diversity education & training seminars. Engineered Global Community Fellowships facilitating the reduction in health, education & welfare disparities among "at-risk" Populations, enhancing local Service Provider alliances. The resulting partnerships yielded continuous collaborations between diverse communities (academia, faith-based and social-researchers) avoiding "reinventing the wheel" while empowering each entity through mutual support. Discerning common connections & themes across these Coalitions, "at-risk" participants were able to forge common bifocal Agendas that reflected achievements of unity & harmony, being able to work together & focus on their "commonalities," versus "differences," as they sought common goals of reducing gaps in health, education & welfare disparities. The Local General Publics engaged in all discussions & shared their own views on issues, creating an atmosphere conductive to "trust-building" with "open-dialogue." Participants constructively addressed issues of "multi-culturalism" & "racial conflicts" Worldwide on personal, as well as local Community levels.
