Since its founding over twenty years ago, the Organization has used a number of expressions to define its ministry. "Every Pastor Needs a Pastor" has described the underlying purpose of the Organization's ministry since day one. "Healthy Pastors Lead Healthy Churches and Healthy Churches Change the World" is another frequently repeated axiom of the Organization. The Organization serves the pastoral community because it knows that healthier pastors lead stronger churches that lead to a better community. To be deemed successful, the Organization's programs must bless and prosper the city (Jeremiah 29:7), bringing joy to its inhabitants (Proverbs 11:10).

The Organization provides training which seeks to equip Christian pastors and ministry leaders for more effective leadership through coaching, consulting, and crisis care activities. The Organization's training is focused on supporting pastors and ministry leaders because healthier pastors lead stronger churches which lead to better communities. The Organization's coaching activities strive to assist pastors and ministry leaders in the following areas: 1. Personal Life: The Organization helps leaders think more intentionally about the following key areas: marriage, family, faith, relationships, health and finances. 2. Professional Life: The Organization helps leaders think through their leadership philosophy, their primary role and responsibilities, the mission and vision of their ministry, major projects, priorities and goals. Further, the Organization seeks to assist leaders in skill development and methodology. Ultimately, the Organization strives to help leaders achieve results in the aforementioned areas. The Organization's consulting activities are done with churches who are working through issues and conflict or are creating a Godly culture to minister. The Organization's support in this area includes activities such as leadership retreats, mediations and team building activites. The Organization's crisis care activities are provided whenever there is an event that impacts the pastor and the church from either inside or outside the church. In all cases, the Organization will seek to form a restoration plan for the individuals involved and a plan to help bring the church to a healthy culture. In the case of external activities like a natural disaster, the Organization comes alongside the pastors who are affected and provides for their needs.
