THESE HEALTH SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE TO ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS. FOR ANY INELIGIBLE PATIENTS WHO DEMONSTRATE NEED AND WHO ARE UNINSURED, SAMARITAN PROVIDES HEALTH CARE SERVICES AT A FLAT RATE FEE, CALCULATED ON A SLIDING SCALE ACCORDING TO NEED.
