NATIONAL JUNIOR TENNIS LEAGUES (NJTL) - THE DALLAS TENNIS ASSOCIATION'S BENEVOLENT JUNIOR TENNIS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM THAT SERVES OVER 25,000 YOUTH THROUGH AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS, SUMMER RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS, PROGRAMS FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED, AND FALL AND SPRING JUNIOR DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAMS IN THE GREATER DALLAS, TEXAS METROPOLITAN AREA. THE NJTL PROGRAMS ALSO PROVIDE VARIOUS SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES TO GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS THAT HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THE PROGRAM. THE NJTL PROGRAMS PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING OF THE COMMUNITY THROUGH EDUCATION AND THE SPORT OF TENNIS. ADULT TENNIS LEAGUES - THE DALLAS TENNIS ASSOCIATION (DTA) ORGANIZES, PROMOTES, AND OPERATES ADULT TENNIS LEAGUES IN THE GREATER DALLAS, TEXAS METROPOLITAN AREA. THE DTA OPERATES EIGHTEEN LEAGUES SERVING OVER 13,000 PARTICIPANTS AGES 18 AND OVER, WITH ADVANCEMENT TO CITY, SECTIONAL, AND NATIONAL PLAYOFFS. ADULT AND JUNIOR TENNIS TOURNAMENTS - THE DALLAS TENNIS ASSOCIATION (DTA) ORGANIZES, PROMOTES, AND OPERATES SIX TENNIS TOURNAMENTS IN THE GREATER DALLAS, TEXAS METROPOLITAN AREA INVOLVING OVER 5,000 ADULT AND JUNIOR PARTICIPANTS FROM ALL OVER THE STATE OF TEXAS.
