IN 2024, WE SERVED 410 INDIVIDUALS IN TEXAS THROUGH THREE SECTORS; RESIDENTIAL (20 GROUP HOME IN HOUSTON), CASE MANAGEMENT, AND THE VITA LIVING CENTER (OUR DAY PROGRAM, WHICH IS CENTRALLY LOCATED AMONGST OUR GROUP HOMES). WE ALSO PROVIDE CLINICAL, BEHAVIORAL, AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO EACH OF OUR RESIDENTS.
